The Zenith brand continues to gain in popularity but their best units remain undervalued.

I'm talking about the El Primero, Defy and Chroma II models (pictured). 

Zenith's strategy has been to do what Hublot has done - win on design; skeleton dials, visible movements, ceramic, carbon & titanium materials with colorful, eccentric designs.

They've also incorporated eye-popping angles and rubber straps that are a page out of Audemars Piguet's book.

It’s all working really, really well. But the market hasn't taken notice.

This is your opportunity.

I’ve been writing about the Zenith brand for more than a year now. And it does three things really well:

• Business networking tool (people notice them and break the ice)

• Wearable art (like wearing modern art on your wrist)

• Reliable store of wealth (value retention - and appreciation - when purchased right)

For these reasons, it passes my litmus test as a good piece to park money into. Cool watch to wear and keep your money?

Can't do that with stocks. It's why I love watches as an alternative asset class.

So while the Hublot Spirit of Big Bang is like the cheaper Richard Mille...

...Zenith is now the less expensive Audemars Piguet. 

The El Primero, Defy and Chroma II models are undervalued by the larger market, which presents an opportunity to buy low and expect some appreciation.

And this is why I love alternative assets vs traditional investments.
