At TimelySoles, we stand behind the quality and craftsmanship of our luxury timepieces. This limited warranty offers you protection against manufacturer defects for a period of 12 months from the date of purchase.
What Does This Warranty Cover?
This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship of your timepiece under normal use.
What Does This Warranty Not Cover?
This warranty excludes damage caused by:
- Transportation
- Improper storage or use
- Failure to follow care instructions
- Modifications or unauthorized repairs
- Normal wear and tear
- Accidents, abuse, or external factors
Warranty Period:
This warranty is valid for 12 months from your purchase date. Repair or replacement of your watch will not extend the warranty period.
How to Obtain Warranty Service:
To utilize the warranty, please contact our customer service at 812-777-8073 or support@timelysoles.com within the warranty period. A representative will provide you with a return authorization number (RAN) and further instructions.
Our Responsibility:
In case of a covered defect, we will, at our sole discretion, repair or replace your timepiece with a comparable model. We will also cover return shipping costs for the repaired or replacement watch.
Limitations of Liability:
Our sole liability under this warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of your timepiece. We are not responsible for any consequential, incidental, or special damages arising from a warranty breach.
Additional Notes:
- This warranty applies only to the original purchaser of the timepiece from TimelySoles.
- We may modify the terms of this warranty at our discretion, but any changes will not apply retroactively.
Your continued use of the timepiece after purchase constitutes your acceptance of this limited warranty.
