It really comes down to the difference in movements

The Meca is Hublot's first in-house movement in a long time

They're trying their best to regain their place in horology

Which is something Hublot has really lost in the past 20 years

And their reputation suffered significantly

So the Meca-10 was their first attempt at an in-house movement and it was very well received

The movement got high praises

The Meca-10 is more expensive than the Unico and in my opinion is a much better looking movement as well
